IQAC
As per National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) guidelines every accredited institution should establish an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as a post-accreditation quality sustenance measure. Since quality enhancement is a continuous process, the IQAC becomes a part of the institution’s system and works towards realization of the goals of quality enhancement and sustenance.
The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of institutions.

For School Development Plan:
A school development plan (SDP) provides the basis for school improvement and should reflect the school’s philosophy and vision. It lists the priorities and actions for the next period of time – many schools make a general three-year plan that is supplemented by a more detailed yearly plan.
Every School a Good School – A Policy for School Improvement emphasizes that school improvement is first and foremost the responsibility of the school. It is based on the premise that schools themselves are best placed to identify areas for improvement and to implement changes that can bring about better outcomes for students.

It should bring together, in a clear and simple way, the school’s priorities, the main measures it will take to raise standards, the resources dedicated to these and the key outcomes and targets it intends to achieve. It will set out the overall ‘roadmap’ for the three years ahead, with a focus on the school’s key priorities, identified following a process of self-evaluation. The school development plan is a strategic plan for improvement. It should bring together, in a clear and simple way, the school’s priorities, the main measures it will take to raise standards, the resources dedicated to these, and the key outcomes and targets it intends to achieve.
UGC have declared that all graduate & post graduate institutes related to higher education should be accredited by NBA/ NATIONAL ASSESSMENT AND ACCREDITATION COUNCIL (NAAC). In this regard, revised guidelines of accreditation have also been announced by NAAC. Accreditation of the institutions is now mandatory and your institution should take immediate action to seek help on this issue from expert organization like ours. The standardization of courses is essential as per the requirement of the Washington Accord. India has become fully fledged member of the Accord.
