School Development Program


“EVERY STUDENT DESERVES A GREAT TEACHER.”


The School Development Plan enables the school’s vision to be shared and understood by the whole school. Our aim is to work and learn together as a team in order to improve and be the best that we can be. The School Development Plan should give everyone an understanding of where the school is and what actions will be taken to ensure we get there. We set clear timescales for implementation and determine how to effectively use both human and material resources to support specific goals. It also helps us plan and guides how we plan and organize staff training. The School Development Plan is designed to give a sharp, clear focus to those aspects of our work which we believe are most in need of improvement.


Everyone has the chance to contribute ideas as to how our school can improve. Staff and management meet term to review how successful our improvements have been and agree priorities for the coming year. We ask parents, staff and children to share their ideas through questionnaires and the schools.


We believe that children:

  • Are capable of higher-order learning;
  • Learn through various developmental pathways: physical, cognitive, psychological, language, social and ethical;
  • Should be at the center of the educational enterprise;
  • Who develop well, learn well.

We wish to implement the School development Program to enhance quality of education in schools across the State through teachers’ training.


Education is intangible; hence, the process to impart education can’t be precisely measured and monitored and it is difficult to make efforts to enhance the quality of the process and eventually the quality of the product. Every child has the capacity to succeed in school and in life. Yet far too many children fail to meet their potential.


Education is a fundamental for every child in the society; therefore, everyone should be concerned with the quality of education delivered by education providers. The educational development plan enables to provide educational services in a more effective and efficient manner, and to offer a more personalized experience to all learners, particularly to those with special education needs and distance learners.


Our development Program emphasizes on over all development of schools, students, adolescent, and early adult. The developmental sciences are foundational in the School’s Development Program. The identified six of many domains of students and adolescent development those are keys to academic learning. They are:

  1. Physical- Health and wellbeing
  2. Cognitive- to think critically and creatively
  3. Language- ability to understand spoken, & written communication, nonverbal clues
  4. Social- develop and maintain healthy relationships
  5. Ethical- knowledge of appropriate and acceptable behaviors & their practices
  6. Psychological- self-awareness and self-esteem

Only improvement in infrastructure, mid-day meal program and such initiatives do not bring the quality in Education. We must run a state level teachers’ development program to prepare and train the teachers as Master Trainers who in turn train the teachers at district level.


We emphasis on teachers’ training program in two ways-

1. Latest Pedagogy in teaching fulfilling 21st century requirements of students.

2. Content knowledge and development. We provide consultancy to enhance overall educational quality including curriculum, academics, assessment and evaluation and infrastructure.
